This incident has been resolved. Idemeum microsoft application was removed from partner portal. Once we learned about it, the issue caused Entra authorizations to fail. We have replaced authorization flow with the client credential flow using client id and secret. We will be reaching out to impacted customers and help with migrating to the client credential flow.
We are currently investigating the incident where Entra authorization request are failing. This may result in the login to fail for the users.
